I started working for Toll Brothers in 2019 and am presently working for them. I am a Sales Consultant at Toll Brothers, but sometimes I am able to utilize my marketing talents with what we’re doing.

Our communities hold events, and I would create flyers to distribute to the homeowners and prospects. When COVID began, we had shut down, but still needed to find a way to sell homes. I proactively created videos of our model homes as a virtual tour and uploaded them to YouTube so prospects could watch. I also created a video for our color selections process so our homebuyers could still make their selections in a timely manner. As a result, our community did not slow down during COVID. We sold out within 5 months.

These videos and PowerPoint were shared nationally with the company. Since the videos were such a hit, I have continued to do virtual tour videos to be able to share with our prospects.
