Best Kept Secrets is a clothing boutique store located in the Doylestown Mercantile. They had wanted to gain brand awareness and improve their social media marketing. I had started to help them in November 2021.

Previously, they had posted mostly advertisements on Instagram and were not gaining the attention they had wanted. Due to lack of brand awareness, revenue was down.

I had taken pictures and videos to edit and post on their Instagram account. I created content that was relatable to the buyer and didn’t look so much like an advertisement. We immediately started to gain attention. With every post, I had put in hashtags with keywords and location to help with SEO. This had brought in more followers organically. As a result, sales were up, and they were able to sell out of their inventory for that season.
